One Hour sessions

West African Dance is a high-energy, one-hour class that introduces dancers to the rich traditions, rhythms, and cultural heritage of West African dance. Students will explore authentic movements, dynamic footwork, expressive storytelling, and traditional choreography while building strength, coordination, musicality, and confidence. Select classes feature live drummers, creating an immersive and exciting experience that brings the music and movement to life. This class welcomes dancers of all experience levels who are ready to move, connect, and celebrate the vibrant spirit of West African dance.
